Our glasses can be customized for reading, computer and distance. We have fun and durable kids frames as well as contacts. We also have many designer frames such as Kate Spade, Carrera and Under Armour.
We are a small family owned and run business with now 2 locations, one in Cambridge and Brantford. Established in early 2021, we finally decided to take the leap of faith and rely on Duncan’s passion and experience in the optical field to open our own store. Although during a pandemic is a scary time to start a business, we are confident in our quality, service and value we provide. We are dedicated to enhancing your life through better vision while making your experience stress free!
Duncan started his career in the optical field in 2008 as a sales team member in Brantford. After only 3 years he became the store’s manager. In 2011, he began the 4 year program towards becoming an optician. In 2015, Duncan graduated and became a Registered Optician with the College of Opticians of Ontario. Throughout his career, he continues to learn and prefect his skills and knowledge as an optician. With his extensive knowledge and passion for his patients, Duncan is always driven to go above and beyond for you.
Pavneet (Pavi) has been working in the optical industry since 2021 after moving to Canada from Punjab, India. She joined us at Tri Vision in 2023 after completing her opticianry diploma at Georgian College and shortly after became a Registered Optician. Pavi is determined to learn as much as possible about the optical world and will go above and beyond to help you, not only, find the perfect pair for you but also ensure your vision is clear and crisp. Fun Fact – Pavi is fluent in three languages: English, Hindi, and Punjabi!
Sarah is our behind-the-scenes wizard. She takes care of all things purchasing, design, social media, website and more. Along with being Duncan’s business partner, she is also his wife! When she is not helping to keep things moving at the stores, she is grooming cats. Although she doesn’t work in the stores on a regular basis, you may see her there for time to time (usually with kids in tow) and she will be happy to help you!
Although Kurt is new to the optical world, he strives to bring a friendly presence to anyone he interacts with. Transitioning from industrial work to customer service has been a very positive change for him and he’s motivated to learn and grow into the optical industry. He values the relationships he builds while helping patients find their new glasses and clear sight!
