Frequently Asked Questions
What is 3 for 1 pricing?
Just as it sounds!! You buy 1 pair of frames and lenses and you get 2 more pairs of each free (same or lesser value)!! We understand that eyewear is not only a medical device, but can be a fashion accessory as well!!
Can I just buy 1 or 2 pairs?
Of course!! 1 or 2 pair specials are always possible if 3 is too many. Whether you are working on a budget, trying to stay within your group benefits, or have no need for more than 1 pair, we are committed to providing what you need!!
What are the extras?
Every pair of glasses already includes impact resistant lenses, scratch resistant coating, and a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty!! We believe eyewear should be custom to YOUR specific needs and wants! Extras include things like; lens thinning, transitions, blue light blocker, anti fatigue, anti glare, polarization, safety lenses, etc. Many of these may not be required for your glasses or needs. While working with you our optician will help you determine which, if any, of these extras are necessary or beneficial for your lifestyle.
How much time does an eye exam take?
Usually a full eye exam takes about 30 minutes, give or take. Eyewear fitting, purchasing and dispensing require additional time outside of this exam time.
Do you offer eye exams?
We do!! We have onsite optometrists that performs thorough comprehensive eye examinations. Go to our book now page to pick your appointment time.
Do I need my/a prescription?
While you do not need a prescription to buy non-prescription glasses (if you are just going for sunglasses or a new cool trendy look) but if you need prescription lenses, we do need your prescription. Our doctors can perform the exam to determine your prescription or you can bring one from another doctor or have it faxed/emailed directly to us.
