We went into the Tri Vision Optical location in Brantford yesterday for the first time. We were blow away on how knowledgeable and friendly Duncan was. This was our first time ever having to look for glasses for our 9 year old and they explained every step of the process making her feel so comfortable. If you need glasses or an eye exam Tri Vision Optical should be your first stop!

Our family has been loyal to Brant family eye care but not after going here! Their exams are cheaper and included the exams you pay extra for at BF eye care, you can’t beat the prices of their glasses and the stock is ever changing so you have so many style choices. The BEST part about this place is the staff and how welcoming and personable they are. Our entire family always enjoy our experience here and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. When you finally narrow it down and have to pick only three pairs the staff is very helpful with helping make the right decision for you face shape and size. My kids are teens absolutely loved their experience and now dad who has never had an eye exam has his first appointment. Absolutely recommend 5/5 in every aspect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I dealt with Duncan at his previous place of employment and he gave extraordinary service. At this new location he has topped himself. Everyone here is awesome, knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service. The glasses I ordered are excellent and fit perfectly. The order was completed in good time with a gift bag and glass cases and cleaner. Top notch location here that people need to experience. I would give ten stars if possible.

If you are looking to have a pair of glasses made, look no further. I have shopped different places but no one can match the price or service that this place can offer. The service alone is 5 out of 5 stars. Ask any question and you will be Guaranteed with a capital G an honest and intelligent answer. Just the facts and best price for your needs. I highly recommend Tri Vision Optical to anyone without hesitation. And it's by personal experience can I state this and it was only one visit alone and I'm not an easy person to convince.

We use to deal with Duncan at 3 for 1 glasses that was in Brantford. He’s back in town with his own business and we were so happy to hear this news!He’s always been very kind, caring and very professional! He makes you feel valued and listened to and seeks to provide the best personal service to you individually. He has a HUGE selection with many well known name brands, colours and styles.My husband and I ordered 3 pairs of glasses each and Duncan mailed them to us here in Port Elgin fairly quickly. Each pair was displayed in a beautiful matching name brand eyeglass case wrapped in two eyeglass cleaning cloths. We were VERY IMPRESSED with their service. You can’t beat the prices anywhere else!! The glasses I picked are Kate Spade, Guess and Lilly Pulityn and each one is very nice! I LOVE them!!I recommend Tri Vision to everyone now mostly because of their excellent service and prices!

For 15 years I have been trusting Duncan with my eye care. When I saw he opened up his own store I knew I had to go and support him there. Him and his team are so inviting and honest. Recently purchased three pairs of reading and computer glasses. I love that they didn’t have to all be the same lens; I was able to get regular readers for one pair and reader/transitions for the other two! Their service was amazing, everyone is happy, polite and knowledgeable. The fact that it’s a local family owned business is the icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

Duncan and his team are fabulous! They take customer service to the next level!! Absolutely could not have asked for a better place to buy my new glasses and sunglasses! From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed and helped by Duncan and his team. I received my 3 pairs within 2 weeks of my appointment, and absolutely love them all! I've since ordered new lenses for a previous pair of glasses that I already owned, as the prices cannot be beat!
